Kwickshop Lead CRM is a web application used by authorised Kwickshop staff. Its purpose is to manage customer enquiries, finance applications, follow-up reminders, staff activity, reporting and business email communication in one controlled internal system.
The application connects to Kwickshop's shared sales Gmail mailbox so authorised staff can view and organise messages, send and reply to email, save drafts, manage labels and update the supported shared business email signature.

Kwickshop Lead CRM brings Kwickshop customer communication and sales workflow into one controlled staff system.

Access is restricted to authorised Kwickshop users. Staff must use their individual CRM account and follow Kwickshop security and privacy requirements.
Google Gmail integration
Why Kwickshop Lead CRM requests Gmail access
The Gmail integration is used only by authorised Kwickshop staff to work with the shared Kwickshop sales mailbox from within Kwickshop Lead CRM.
Gmail message access (gmail.modify) is used for the staff-facing mailbox: displaying and searching messages, reading a selected conversation, composing, sending, replying, forwarding and saving drafts, applying labels, and changing message status such as read, archived, Spam or Trash.
Gmail settings access (gmail.settings.basic) is used only to display and update the shared mailbox's approved send-as identity and business email signature. It is not used to manage unrelated Google Account settings.
Internal business use only.
Kwickshop Lead CRM is not a public consumer email service. The Gmail integration supports Kwickshop's own staff workflow and customer communication.
