Kwickshop Lead CRM
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service apply to access and use of Kwickshop Lead CRM, operated by KWICKSHOP PTY LTD.
By accessing or using the CRM, you confirm that you are authorised by Kwickshop and agree to comply with these terms, Kwickshop policies and applicable law. If you are not authorised, you must not access or use the CRM.
3. Accounts, access and security
- Users must use their own assigned CRM account and must not share login credentials.
- Users must take reasonable steps to protect passwords, devices and active sessions.
- Users must notify Kwickshop promptly of suspected unauthorised access or security incidents.
- Administrators may review access, activity and system logs for security, support, compliance and operational purposes.
- Permission levels may be changed or removed at any time according to business requirements.
4. Customer and business information
Users must handle customer, finance, identification, attachment, communication and staff information confidentially and only for authorised work.
Users must not download, copy, disclose, alter or delete information except where required for their role and permitted by Kwickshop procedures. Sensitive documents must not be transferred to personal accounts, unapproved devices or unauthorised third parties.
5. Google Gmail integration
The CRM may connect to an approved Kwickshop Gmail mailbox using Google OAuth. The integration is provided to authorised staff for business email workflow inside the CRM.
Users may perform only legitimate Kwickshop communications. They must not use the integration to send spam, misleading content, unlawful material, personal bulk messages or communications outside their authority.
Gmail access remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies, the settings of the connected mailbox and Kwickshop's Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- attempt to bypass permissions, authentication, audit controls or security measures;
- access records unrelated to your authorised duties;
- introduce malicious code, exploit vulnerabilities or interfere with service operation;
- use automated tools or scripts unless approved by Kwickshop;
- misrepresent customer status, finance outcomes, staff activity or system records;
- use CRM information for personal benefit, advertising unrelated to Kwickshop, or any unlawful purpose.
7. Availability and changes
The CRM is provided for Kwickshop business operations. Features may be added, changed, restricted or removed as the system develops. Maintenance, hosting, internet, email-provider or third-party service interruptions may affect availability.
Kwickshop does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Users should report errors promptly and follow approved fallback procedures where a feature is unavailable.
8. Intellectual property
The CRM design, software, branding, documentation, workflows and related materials are owned by or licensed to Kwickshop. Access to the CRM does not transfer ownership or grant a right to copy, publish, resell or reuse the system outside authorised Kwickshop work.
9. Privacy and monitoring
Information is handled in accordance with the Kwickshop Lead CRM Privacy Policy. Users understand that activity, changes, communications and security events may be logged and reviewed for operational, audit, compliance and security purposes.
10. Suspension and termination
Kwickshop may suspend or terminate access immediately where employment or engagement ends, access is no longer required, a security risk exists, or these terms or company policies may have been breached.
Obligations concerning confidentiality, customer information, intellectual property and authorised use continue after access ends.
11. Changes to these terms
Kwickshop may update these terms to reflect system, operational, policy or legal changes. Continued authorised use after updated terms are published means the user accepts the revised terms.
