Kwickshop Lead CRM
Kwickshop Lead CRM is an internal customer and lead-management platform used by authorised Kwickshop staff. It helps the team manage customer enquiries, finance applications, follow-up reminders, internal notes, staff communication and sales outcomes.
The Gmail integration allows authorised staff to access the shared Kwickshop sales mailbox from inside the CRM. Staff can view and organise messages, send and reply to emails, save drafts, manage labels and maintain the shared business email signature.
